ASDD Flange Configuration — How It Differs from Inline and Flange
The flange configuration mounts permanently to a panel, bulkhead, or chassis member using the integrated mounting flange — creating a fixed, chassis-anchored connector point. The cable harness plugs into the flange-mount half from the wiring loom side, making the flange connector the standard choice for firewall bulkhead connectors, chassis separation points, and any location where one connector half must be permanently fixed to the vehicle structure.
Contact Type — Pin (Male)
This is the pin (pin) half of the 118-way ASDD pair. It mates with the corresponding socket half of the same circuit count and key colour. Red Key (N) — Mis-Mate Protection
