Deutsch Autosport ASX (Miniature) Series — 6-Way Inline Pin (Male)
The Deutsch Autosport ASX 6-Way Inline Pin (Male) — Green Key (D) — SKU: ASX102-06PD-HE is a genuine MIL-spec-grade cable-mounted connector for 6-circuit sensor cluster, coil group, and actuator bundle separable joins in professional race cars, rally, hillclimb, and high-performance builds across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. This is the pin half of the mated pair — Socket (Female) must be ordered separately to complete the join.
Shell and Circuit Count — ASX102, 6-Way
The ASX series is a miniaturised circular connector built to MIL-spec standards for space-constrained and weight-sensitive motorsport wiring applications. It retains the same gold-plated contacts, aluminium alloy shell, and positive push-pull locking as the standard AS series, in a smaller circular body suited to compact sub-harness builds. The ASX102 is the ASX102 — compact inline miniature shell for cable-mounted harness separation points. At 6 circuits, this connector is suited to 6-circuit sensor cluster, coil group, and actuator bundle separable joins. Common applications include 6-wire sensor clusters, dual coil-on-plug group sub-connectors, throttle body actuator bundles, and combined 6-channel signal and power sub-harness interfaces.
Green Key (D) — Mis-Mate Protection
Green D is the fourth key colour — reserved for the fourth 6-circuit ASX inline bundle at a separation point carrying four parallel pairs. Combined with Yellow A, Blue B, and Orange C, Green D completes a fully locked four-key arrangement where no pair can be accidentally mated to another. Four-key configurations represent the maximum mis-mate protection available in the Deutsch Autosport system. They are used only on the most complex professional race car loom builds across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
Inline Configuration — In-Harness Separable Join
The inline connector places both halves within the harness run — neither is fixed to a panel or bulkhead. Both halves are cable-mounted and the mated join floats within the loom, held by harness sleeve or tie-wrap points. This is the standard format for engine-to-chassis harness splits, removable subframe sub-harness joins, and any separable interface along the wire run. Inline connectors are used by motorsport wiring specialists across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark wherever a fixed panel location is not required.
