P7 Replacement Switch Cap — Gray — Motorsport Panel Push Button Accessory

The P7-CAP-GRAY is a gray replacement actuator cap for the P7 push button switch series. Replacement caps allow the P7 switch actuator colour to be changed without replacing the switch body — enabling colour-coded switch panel systems to be reconfigured, updated, or repaired by swapping caps rather than the complete switch. The gray cap is conventionally used for secondary circuit control and panel functions where a neutral grey colour is preferred for low-priority auxiliary switches.

In a professional motorsport switch panel, consistent actuator colour coding is maintained throughout the panel build and throughout the vehicle’s racing life. Replacement caps allow a panel builder to colour-code the P7 switches to match a specific panel scheme, to replace a worn or damaged cap without replacing the underlying switch, or to update the panel colour scheme when a vehicle changes configuration. Having the correct cap colour in stock before the build begins simplifies panel assembly.
