The M22759/32-22-83 is a 22 AWG MIL-SPEC wire with a gray base and orange BTF stripe, silicone insulation, and a silver-plated copper conductor. Built to the M22759/32 military specification, it provides very fine gauge performance and silicone-grade thermal resistance for professional harness fabrication in motorsport, aerospace, and high-performance vehicle applications. Gray/Orange BTF Stripe Identification

The gray base with orange BTF stripe (-83) provides a warm, clearly readable BTF stripe against the neutral gray base. Orange against gray is visually distinct from both red (-82) and yellow (-84) in the warm-stripe range of this family — orange occupies the middle position between red’s saturation and yellow’s brightness, giving it a separate visual identity in a multi-wire harness. The BTF stripe is continuous for identification along the full wire length.
